Shipping & DeliverySHIPPING Australia & NZ: Standard | 3-5 Business Days FREE over $300 | $10 AUD under $300 Australia & NZ : Express | 1-2 Business Days $12 FLAT FEE International Standard | 10-14 Business Days $25 FLAT FEE PROCESSING TIME Orders placed via Express and Standard shipping will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 1pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 1pm AEST. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order. Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. POSSIBLE DELAYS We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural areas across Australia there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes. TRACKING YOUR ORDER You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at alex@lesept.com.au CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away at alex@lesept.com.au We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake. PRE-ORDER SHIPPING Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.

Returns & ExchangeWe have established the following return policy to ensure your satisfaction with your Le Sept purchase: Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your item's delivery date. Items eligible for return must be in unused and unmarked condition and with their original tags & packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team leseptclub@gmail.com If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping fee and any original shipping fees. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to five business days for this amount to appear in your account. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund for the full retail amount of your item, less shipping expenses. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or provide instructions for returning the item, including any applicable shipping costs. If you would like to exchange an item, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our returns policy. Ethical & Sustainable PracticesOur bags are ethically and locally hand made by a small collective based in Thailand, benefiting the local community. Our bags are created from recycled polypropylene (PP) plastic which is versatile, durable, strong and eco-friendly. It is also a better choice than other plastics, since it doesn't release toxins and has a relatively low carbon footprint. Recycling PP reduces the amount of plastic being produced from scratch, which also reduces the environmental impact of ground pollution, greenhouse and landfill gasses. Fortunately, most products made from polypropylene plastic are recyclable…it just takes a bit of work!

CareLe Sept products are handcrafted of the finest materials by skilled artisans. Any inconsistencies in the acrylic or other components are natural characteristics of the materials and should not be considered defects. Please be gentle with your item and always store your bag in a cool, dry place inside its dust bag. For cleaning and polishing, wipe with a damp clean cloth. Do not use any liquids or chemicals on your acrylic items. Be careful not to drop or hit the pieces on a hard surface as acrylic is a fragile material and should be handled with care. NOTE: Due to the unique and fragile nature of our silver bag range, please expect a slight wearing out of colour over the life of the bag.
