We want you to love your Le Sept purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, you have 14 days from delivery. Ensure the item is unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging with tags. Contact us at leseptclub@gmail.com to start the process. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus return shipping and any original shipping fees, and may take up to five business days to appear. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, notify us within 7 days for a replacement or return instructions, including shipping costs. For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order. Le Sept bags are ethically and locally handmade by a small collective in Thailand, supporting the local community. They are crafted from recycled polypropylene (PP) plastic, which is durable, strong, and eco-friendly. PP plastic does not release toxins and has a low carbon footprint. Recycling PP reduces the need for new plastic production, minimizing environmental impact. Most PP products are recyclable, helping to reduce ground pollution, greenhouse gases, and landfill waste.

Le Sept products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Natural inconsistencies in acrylic or other components are not defects. Store your bag in a cool, dry place inside its dust bag. Clean and polish with a damp cloth; avoid using liquids or chemicals. Handle acrylic items with care to prevent damage. Note: The silver bag range may show slight colour wear over time due to its unique and delicate nature.
