RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To ensure your satisfaction with your Le Sept purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging with tags. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at leseptclub@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus return shipping and any original shipping fees. You will be notified via email once the refund is issued, which may take up to five business days to appear in your account. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or return instructions, including shipping costs.
